Ordering takeout here was a great experience: the food was excellent, it was easy to use the online order form, and the staff was friendly when I came to pick it up. I also think this place is an amazing value. I ordered two entrees, expecting the entrees to be regularly-sized. This was a mistake; the entrees (the stir-fried homemade noodles) were noticeably larger than I have received at other restaurants in Madison, and one order of these is likely enough for almost anyone.

My husband and I love this place! We keep coming in for the Pork Dan Dan. It's amazing! The noodles are made fresh which is incredible! The Cat Ear Taigu Noodles are really good too! They have more of a grilled taste to them I sometimes crave. Fresh noodles made in house has a soft spot in my heart. Everything here is made with love. You get great portions. I always love it when I can get leftovers. The noodles taste great even when they're cold! The people here are very nice too. It's a quaint spot and more people are finding out how great this place is!

Authentic Chinese restaurant with a surprisingly large menu. This place is not your run of the mill Americanized Chinese restaurant. They serve authentic Chinese fare with an emphasis on their handmade noodles. The menu offers some more Americanized options for those uncomfortable with branching out. The design is simple but comfortable, with surprisingly fancy ceiling tiles. The restaurant was busy during our visit, late on a Wednesday evening. The restaurant was about half full with frequent pick-up and delivery orders leaving the door too. The staff were friendly, and communicated deliberately to ensure no screw-ups due to a slight language barrier. The prices are almost too generous. The portions were huge! We ordered two of the pan-fried noodle dishes-chicken and beef. We also got an order of rice noodles with tofu and a scallion pancake for an appetizer. The one downside of the meal was the scallion pancake was served with sauce (and none on the table). The pancake was plated, but the noodles came wrapped in foil within styrofoam takeout boxes. This was an odd but sensible choice, as the meals were enough for at least a lunch worth of leftovers. The noodles were all delicious. The rice noodles were ordered with light sauce due to some food insensitives. Even then, that dish had plenty of flavor. This is one of the few authentic Chinese places I am aware of in the Madison area, and one certainly worth visiting.

Really enjoyed this noodle spot in Middleton. We ordered several dishes and the portions were HUGE! Definitely could split one noodle dish between two people. The flavor of the dishes was unique and different than the typical Chinese asian restaurant (I think it’s maybe more Taiwanese?) There are tables to sit and a lot of people ordered to-go. The servers were pleasant and kind and the food didn’t take long to come out. Loved sitting down here and will definitely come back for a large meal.

FANTASTIC!! Ordered takeout from Taigu Noodles using Door Dash and were super pleased with everything we tried. The food is delicious and the portions are huge. The home made noodles were perfectly cooked and so tasty. The General Tao chicken was exactly what I was looking for. The fried rice was so good that you could eat it as is without anything else added to it. Great take out place in downtown Middleton offering yummy Asian cuisine with decent servings . We were in Madison for some work we were taken here suggesting that the place is simply the best. The place is unassuming in appearance. It would be completely expected you might walk by and never notice the place except for the amazing smell. The food was incredible, the staff is super friendly. I was amazed at how many people filled the place and came in for takeout. Obviously they have a great following!
